Wanting to start a family outside the pace of Houston, Dung Nguyen flew his soon-to-be wife from Vietnam, and together they set their sights on a quieter community to put down roots — one that would eventually become the heart of everything the family built next.

Once he'd learned the business inside and out, Dung Nguyen sold that first shop and used what he'd built to open Time Cleaners in Conroe, TX. That same year, the family also bought a lake house in Grand Harbor, setting down permanent roots in Montgomery County, TX.

1998 was a defining year for the family — the same year Time Cleaners opened its doors in Conroe, they also brought home a lake house in Grand Harbor. From there, the family grew up together in Montgomery County, TX, alongside the business Dung Nguyen had built. In 2011, the family moved to Conroe, Texas, to be closer to the dry cleaning business and the community it served — a move that brought them even closer to the work ethic and customer-first values that had defined the family for over a decade already.

Today, that same family legacy lives on through MDT Cleaning. What started as a single dry cleaning counter in The Woodlands, and grew into Time Cleaners in Conroe, TX, has expanded into full residential house cleaning and commercial cleaning services across Conroe, Montgomery, and the surrounding communities. The services have changed and grown alongside the needs of the community, but the values haven't — over 30 years in the cleaning industry, built on the same trust the family earned one customer at a time.
