Outside the Scope of Standard & Deep Clean
A few good-to-know details on either service:
- For safety, we clean around heavy appliances and furniture (refrigerators, stovetops, ovens) rather than moving them. Light furniture is moved as needed.
- We clean as high as a 2-step ladder safely reaches.
- Walls aren't washed or spot-cleaned as part of a standard visit.
- Fresh spills and simple surface marks are wiped as routine care; set-in stains on furniture or upholstery need a specialty treatment.
- Light dish loads are placed in the dishwasher every visit. A full sink or heavy load can be added on request.
- Cabinet, drawer, oven, and fridge interiors are booked separately as add-ons (included on Move-In/Move-Out cleanings).
- Exterior window glass and outside areas aren't part of an interior cleaning visit.
- Heavy trash or furniture removal isn't included.
- For everyone's health and safety, we're unable to clean blood, feces, vomit, or urine, or treat for fleas or bed bugs.
