Every visit covers the same rooms and the same surfaces. A Standard Clean keeps things fresh with a light, consistent pass. A Deep Clean hand washes those same surfaces, clearing buildup a lighter pass leaves behind. Move-In/Move-Out and Post-Construction cleans are scoped for an empty or freshly-built space.
Whichever service you book, we cover the same kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas — the difference is how thoroughly each surface gets cleaned, and whether the space is furnished or vacant.

Outside the Scope of Standard, Deep & Move-In/Out Clean
A few good-to-know details on any service:
- For safety, we clean around heavy appliances and furniture (refrigerators, stovetops, ovens) rather than moving them. Light furniture is moved as needed.
- We clean as high as a 2-step ladder safely reaches.
- Baseboards and blinds are dusted and spot-checked for visible stains at every visit — Standard, Deep, or Move-In/Out. A full detailed wipe-down of either is available separately as an add-on (see pricing above).
- Walls aren't washed or spot-cleaned as part of a standard visit.
- Fresh spills and simple surface marks are wiped as routine care; set-in stains on furniture or upholstery need a specialty treatment.
- Dishes aren't included on any service tier — a sink load can be added as a separate add-on (see pricing above).
- Cabinet and drawer interiors are included on Move-In/Move-Out cleanings only if they're empty. Oven and fridge interiors are always a separate add-on, including on Move-In/Move-Out cleanings.
- Interior window glass is always a separate add-on, priced per window ($10 each) — this applies to every service tier.
- Exterior window glass and outside areas aren't part of an interior cleaning visit — porch and patio sweeping are available separately as add-ons.
- Heavy trash or furniture removal isn't included.
- Post-construction cleans vary widely in dust and debris levels — scope and pricing are confirmed at the walkthrough rather than following a fixed checklist.
- For everyone's health and safety, we're unable to clean blood, feces, vomit, or urine, or treat for fleas or bed bugs.
Commercial Cleaning Checklist
Every commercial visit follows the same checklist below, covering general office areas, kitchen and breakroom spaces, and conference rooms.
General Areas
- Dust all surfaces, including desks, chairs, tables, and cabinets
- Empty all trash cans and replace trash bags as needed
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors
- Restock toilet paper, soap, and paper towels (if supplies are provided by client)
- Sweep and mop all hard-surface floors, including common areas and hallways
- Vacuum all carpets and mats
- Dust window ledges, sills, and frames (interior only, where reachable with a step stool)
- Dust and clean air vents and grilles (only where reachable with a step stool)
- Dust and clean light fixtures and switches (only where reachable with a step stool)
- Wipe down door handles and knobs
Kitchen & Breakroom
- Dust all surfaces, including tables and chairs
- Clean and sanitize sinks, countertops, and backsplashes
- Clean exterior and interior of microwave
- Clean exterior of fridge
- Clean exterior of stove
- Clean exterior of dishwasher
